Please note: All Board and Committee Members are kindly asked to submit their monthly reports to the Recording Secretary no later than the 2nd Thursday of each month (Sept-Apr) to allow time for review and meeting preparation.

To help keep our meetings organized and under 1½ hours, please email your committee/position reports to Tiffany Mercer, Recording Secretary, at tiffanycl3216657@aol.com no later than one week before the meeting so the Board packet may be distributed in advance for review.
